The clubhouse at Tehidy Park sits within the parkland of the old Basset Estate, with views across the course and out towards Tehidy Country Park. The function room is a single, flexible space – set theatre-style for a conference, banquet-style for a dinner, or cleared for an evening occasion.
The club hosts private celebrations, corporate meetings, wakes, quiz nights, live music evenings, and its own seasonal programme. Tell us what you have in mind and we will tell you whether we can do it.

The function room sits within the clubhouse, with views over the course. It is a single, flexible space – laid out to suit the occasion, whether that is a conference in the morning or a dinner in the evening.
Capacity is up to 150 guests, arranged to suit your format and layout. The room can be hired on exclusive terms, or alongside the main clubhouse bar and the Cygnets Restaurant for occasions that want the run of the house.
The Cygnets kitchen has been at Tehidy since 1991. It does not sub-contract your occasion to a third party. When you hire the room, the team comes with it.

The Thursday senior lunch at Cygnets has become a fixture for regulars from across Camborne and the surrounding parishes. A short menu, cooked in-house. Open to anyone – no membership required.
The club runs its own festive programme each December, from party nights to Christmas lunches. Private hire is available alongside these – enquire early, as dates fill quickly.
We host evening receptions, parties, and private celebrations in the function room – the reception, the dinner, the bar – with full Cygnets catering and the parkland behind it. Tell us the date and the numbers and we’ll come back with availability and a quote.
